Afghans should heal rifts with each other to defend their country against occupation forces

Afghans have, throughout their history, lived in brotherhood and exhibited intense integrity, solidarity and unity as a single nation under the name Afghanistan. The people in Afghanistan, whether Pashtun, Tajik, Uzbek, Hazarah, Baluch or Nooistani, have always joined common causes in safeguarding their common interests, standing up for their rights and have jointly resisted every invading force to defend their country
against the enemy and played a central role in independence, development and rehabilitation of Afghanistan.
In view of the Russians’ withdrawal from Afghanistan, all the ethnic groups collectively lay down their lives for the freedom of our country and played a key role to present a united front in chasing the Russians away from Afghanistan.
The US invasion of Afghanistan threatened the unity and integrity of the Afghans as a single nation, sowing the seeds of disunity among the Afghan masses that ended up turning one Afghan against another. Regrettably, the recent Fitnah (evil) created by the US, among a lot of misfortune, misery and evils, is the chaotic upheaval of (Kochi and Hazarah) between two ethnic groups..
Some of the country’s parts have been affected by this Fitnah ( Kochi and Hazarah) or US-created evil, if not stopped now, may rapidly spread across the country.
However, the differences between two ethnic groups are not so profound that can not be settled.
It is a commonly recognized fact that Afghanistan is under the clutches the Super Evil’s tyranny, the bottom line is, the Afghans should sow the seeds of integrity, solidarity and brotherhood to heal the rifts with each other in order to get the freedom of our beloved country which is destined to be free from the occupation of invading forces and get our home grown differences and disputes resolved in the light Islamic Sharia and Afghan tradition and values.

The 91st anniversary of the independence of Afghnistan

With 91st anniversary of the British invasion of Afghanistan approaching, the invading forces' any attempts to stage open and clandestine conspiracy, cause interference, invasion and wage cold war against the Afghan Muslim nation have been doomed to an inevitable failure over the past century in Afghanistan.
The Leadership Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, hereby, would like to offer its heart-felt
felicitation to the believing people of Afghanistan and the families of the martyrs and affected Afghans;
above all, the heroic Mujahideen who have been striving hard to drive out the US,UK and their allies from Afghanistan.
This is a not an ordinary day in the world’s history, it is the day when our forefthers showed exemplary heroism to regain this scared land from the claws of the British invaders who had engulfed most of the Indian sub-continent for about two centuries.
In the early nineties, the Britons working out their clandestine strategies and using covert activities and interference, took the advantage of the Afghans’ self-differences and rifts and invaded Afghanistan, but the brave believing Afghan Mujahideen, as usual, not influenced by the military might and advanced warfare of the time, without having any sources or means, under difficult and poor circumstances brought the totalitarian Britons to their knees and expelled the enemy getting the world rid of the Britons’ evils using the power of their faith and their intrinsic bravery and determination.
Indeed, the invasion by the British was not the only thing, Afghanistan has suffered many attacks and invasions prior to the British invasion and afterward, and the Afghan nation has never tolerated the occupation of their country before and will never tolerate it in the future at all.
The experience should teach the world major political players and the invaders that the Afghans’ tested spirit of high morale and determination are recognized facts.
Ironically, some of the deceived countries under US-led invasion have been bent on imposing something on the Afghans that are not only intolerable but can also never be imposed.
In the end, we remind the present aggressors, the US and its allies to follow in the
footsteps of their predecessors (Britons) and withdraw as soon as possible and assure our Muslim nation to be united having fait and trust in Allah, His love, mercy and help are everlasting and the day is not far when the invaders will leave our country and end the war in tears as their forefathers did.

I am pleased to learn that the Landmarks Commission has concluded that 45 Park Place will not be designated a landmarked site. I am very grateful to Chairman Robert Tierney and his colleagues for their careful and thoughtful consideration.
I am also deeply grateful to our local elected officials, Scott Stringer, Margaret Chin, Daniel Squadron, Andrew Cuomo, David Paterson, and Michael Bloomberg. Our faith community is indebted to them, and to our local community board, for their commitment to the democratic and constitutional ideals we all hold dear and which the community center we hope to create on the site will honor. We believe that Park51 will become a landmark in New York Citys cultural, social and educational life, a community center to promote the American values we all aspire towards and to realize a better city for all.
My testimony, submitted to the Commission earlier this month, sets forth my hopes and vision for the community center we would like to see built at 45 Park Place. In just over a week, Muslim New Yorkers will join friends of other faiths in welcoming the holy month of Ramadan. Muslims around the world dedicate this month to charity, service and community, ideals which I personally hold dear and which Park51 will move forward to realize.
Park 51 will be a home for all people who are yearning for understanding and healing, peace, collaboration, and interdependence. We are more determined than ever to take this opportunity, which we also see as a responsibility to our community and to our neighbors in Lower Manhattan. We are creating a new space where fresh stories of cooperation and service will reflect the living vibrancy of inter-connected communities.
It is our hope that, during this holy month, New Yorkers and Americans from all walks of life will join us in realizing our hopes and dreams for peace and happiness. The support of our partners, elected officials and friends has made this moment possible. Let us help build something that all New Yorkers - and all Americans - will be proud of.

アメリカとその同盟国は、数多くの他の国々の代表を伴ってカブール国際会議開催のために集まってきている。過去に失敗に終わってきた数多くの無駄な努力の最新のものである。カブール国際会議は、国の軍事的・行政的な支配権を次の傀儡政権に返還し、これまでのアメリカへの助力に関する評価を論じ、チェックするために開催された。
アメリカ軍は、治安維持のためこの地域に一万二千人もの軍隊を配備し、カブールはこの数日間空と陸から不断に監視されていた。民衆は街に入ることも、出て行くこともできなかった。にもかかわらず、ムジャヒディーンはカブール国際空港を攻撃した。アメリカ人侵略者たちにとっての平和と安全が確保された時間は、一瞬にして惨事と混乱へと変わり、会議の出席者たちに死の恐怖を与えた。このことは、ムジャヒディーンの軍事的優位の明確な現れである。
経済及び行政権の代理政権への返還という名目のもと数日に渡ってカブール国際会議を開催した国際社会は、四二億ドル相当の麻薬とその他の物品が過去三年間に空路で密輸出されてきたことを明らかにした。
他方では、経済的な崩壊と過失を別にしても、軍事面からの国の治安状況は、ひどく不安定である。そのため、国に駐屯する１５万人もの占領軍の存在にも関わらず、国のトップは陸路で移動することができず、どの場所からカブール市内へ移動するのに空を飛んでいかなくてはならない。たとえカブール市の中心部にある国際ホテルへいく短い移動でも、彼はそうせざるを得ないのである。
考えうる限り欠点だらけで無能力でありながら、カブールの恥ずべき傀儡政権は、アメリカの命令によって、アフガン民衆に押し付けられている。
名ばかりで得るところのない「カブール国際会議」によって、アメリカがすでにイニシアチブを失っており、アフガニスタン問題を解決する能力に欠けていることが分かった。この見地から起こされる行動は、どんなものであれ、もはや失敗を運命付けられているのである。
実際のところ、アメリカによって実行された戦略や行動は、ただたんにアフガニスタンにおける戦争を長引かせ、外国軍の駐留を確保するためのものに過ぎなかった。そのような行為に対しては、アフガンのイスラームを信奉する民衆は、決して妥協することなくより強固に反対し続けるだろう。
ある意味で、あいまいで恐ろしい国際会議から分かったこととは、必ずやってくる崩壊と恥辱と敗北とをすべて代理政権の肩に負わせて、アメリカと国際社会とは、アフガニスタンから手を引き、背を向けてやり過ごそうとしているということだ。
参加者のうちいく人かは死の危険にさらされながらカザフスタンに降り立ち、カブールに戻ってきた他の人々はバグラム空港に避難した。そんな状況の下、カブールでの五時間にわたる緊張を強いられた会議の場で、いかにして財政的、経済的、行政的、そして治安維持についての諸問題に簡潔で理性的な回答が得られるのだろうか。この十年、アメリカ人侵略者たちにも未だに解決できないというのに。
事実は、カブール国際会議の開催などという無駄な努力によって、アメリカは国際的な注目をアフガニスタンでの恥ずべき敗北からそらそうとしているのである。アフガニスタンにおける人々の苦しみや悲劇に決着をつけようとしている訳ではないのだ。
それゆえにアフガニスタン・イスラーム首長国は、つねにそうしている如く、侵略者アメリカとその同盟諸国をアフガニスタンにおける動揺と、混乱、無秩序と不幸の、唯一かつ主要な原因であると見なす。そして、問題の解決の鍵は、すべての占領軍のアフガニスタンからの無条件かつ迅速な撤退であると考える。
アフガニスタン・イスラーム首長国は、国際会議における決定とアメリカの戦争の引き伸ばしとその混乱した戦略に気づいている。そのため、世界に対し、その計画や決定を盲目的に支持したり、承認したりすることのないよう求める。そしてアフガン民衆と外国人との両者を満足させられるような問題の解決のため、論理的な回答を提供してほしい。
イスラーム首長国は、アッラーのお恵みと助力、そして名誉を重んじるアフガン人との密接な協力によって、独立したイスラームシステムの構築のために戦う。とはいえ、この問題でのあらゆる誠実で私心のない奉仕は、歓迎されるだろう

アメリカはアフガニスタンから撤退しなくてはならない：なぜ今日ではないのか？

アメリカとその同盟国はアフガニスタンで泥沼にはまりこんだ。軍事力や彼らの進んだ技術をもってしても、この決定的な結末を逃れることはできなかった。同様に、「平和の要求」と呼ばれるものや偽のジルガもまた、機能することはないだろう。国連のブラックリストから（タリバーン要人の）名前を削除しようとする試みが、アフガン首長国指導部のアメリカへの態度を和らげることはない。
同様に、アメリカ軍司令部の顔ぶれの変化がアメリカ人にとっての希望の光をもたらすことも決してないだろう。要するに、侵略国家アメリカは、その歴史においてもっとも壊滅的な軍事的つまずきを被ることになるのである。
それによって数十人の侵略兵と傀儡政権の要員とが死亡し、なおかつアメリカ軍のヘリコプターと偵察機を破壊したムジャヒディーンによるナンガルハル空港とカンダハール州の巨大軍事基地への奇襲によって、オバマによる新たな司令官の任命が取るに足らない出来事であったことが示された。新しい顔ぶれの任命にも関わらず、厳戒のアメリカ軍基地と軍用兵舎も、ムジャヒディーンにとってすでに容易な標的となっている。敵によるいかなる抵抗もないので、ムジャヒディーンがアメリカの重要な軍事基地を降伏させることは、あちこちにある検問所の奪還と変わりがなくなっている。

Statement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Regarding the Convening of the So-called Consultative Jirga in Kabul.
The holding of the so-called National Consultative Jirga under the name of peace is a part of the failed efforts of the invading Americans and their surrogates in Afghanistan.
The idea for convening of the so-called National Consultative Jirga was basically raised by Richard Halbroke, US envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan at the start of the current year. But the holding of the Jirga was postponed twice due to the security and political problems that the invading Americans in Afghanistan and their stooges are facing. However, now at this juncture of time, when all invaders and their henchmen are writhing under the victorious and lethal strikes of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, they have launched drive for convening this phony jirga to provide stuff for consumption by the American and world public but at the mean time, along with peaceful slogans of the jirga, they resound their intent of launching vast offensive against Kandahar.
The holding of jirgas is an integral cultural and traditional characteristic of the Afghans. They have solved many of their problems through this prideful institution. However, this is only possible when the jirga is convened by the Afghans, on the wants of their Afghan willpower and is aimed at solving the problems of the Afghans themselves.
While paying respect to these prideful traditions of the Muslim and honor-loving Afghan people, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan believes the convening of the so-called consultative jirga in the land of the Afghans, ironically, by the demand and order of the foreigners is a contempt to the historical traditions of the Afghans. Therefore, the Islamic Emirate elucidates its stance versus the convening of the jirga as follows:
1. Afghanistan is under occupation of the foreigners in the present conditions. The participants of the jirga are those who have already been short listed by the Americans and after that, their list has been handed over to the Kabul Administration. Basically, every effort by the invading foreigners including the convening of the jirga which is now being carried out on the demand of and under the shadow of the foreign troops is, in fact, aimed at securing the interests of the foreigners. Such efforts are not expected to prove as a source of happiness and prosperity for the oppressed Afghans.
2. The colonialist war in Afghanistan initiated by America under the name of fighting terrorism has already lost its credidbity. People inside Afghanistan and outside in the whole world, constantly launch demonstrations against this illegitimate war. Karzai and his administration have no footing in the country. On the other hand, the growing and effective strikes of the Mujahideen, particularly, the Al-fatah victorious operations have sent jittery into the ranks of the American colonialism, so they want to spuriously show to their troops and people that they are making efforts to establish peace but the Taliban do not want a peaceful solution, nor the representatives of the Afghan people ( in the so-called Consultative Jirga) are ready to accept the conditions of the armed oppositions. Thus they want to show that the current war in Afghanistan is a war of necessity for America, not a war of its choice. So, the Jirga is meant to confuse the minds of the masses and throw dust into the eyes of the people. Obviously, the Jirga will provide yet another pretext for America to continue the war in Afghanistan, rather than bringing about peace in the country.
3. The foreign invading forces and their surrogates utilize this consultative Jirga only for propaganda stunt and wrongly give it the name of national consultative jirga, painting it as a representative body of the Afghans. However, all the participants of the Jirga are persons affiliated with the invaders and their powerless stooge administration in one way or the other. They are on the payroll of the invaders and work for their interests. Neither they are elders of the people, nor they represent the Afghan Mujahid people.
4. The main problem of the Afghans is the presence of foreign invaders in the free land of the Afghans. This so-called consultative jirga has no power of decision to compel foreign invading forces pull out of the country but it is convened with an aim of ensuring conditions for the continuation of presence of the invaders in Afghanistan. It has not been convened to ask the invading forces to leave the country. Therefore, the participants of the jirga are actually supporters of the foreign interference, not the true envoys of the people.
5. The foreign invaders and their powerless henchmen already did launch efforts under the name of Emergency Loya Jirga and Regional Peace Jirga but proved to be no remedy for the pains and grievances of the Afghan nation. Throughout the history of Afghanistan, jirgas have been convened for making decision. As such, they played a decisive role in resolution of problems. Generaly, Jirga, in its essence, is a decision-making institution, not a consultative body.
6. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers the supporters and participants of this so-called consultative jirga, as the main cause of the current tragedy of Afghanistan. The Islamic Emirate will confront the illegitimate and unlawful decisions of the Jirga by continuing the Islamic Jihad; will struggle for establishment of an independent Islamic system; will force the foreign invaders to accept a true and pragmatic solution of the issue and will, thus, put an end to the painful tragedy of the people., if God willing. This is not a hard task for Allah to perform.

４、アフガン人にとっての主要な問題は、アフガン人の自由の地に外国の侵略者たちが居座っていることである。この諮問会議（the Consultative Jirga）と呼ばれるものは、外国の侵略軍の国外退去を決定するいかなる権限もなく、それどころかアフガニスタンに侵略者たちが駐留し続けるための状況を保障する目的で開催されたのである。それは外国の侵略軍に国から出て行くように求めるために開催されたのではない。そのため、ジルガへの参加者は、実際のところ外国による干渉を支持する者たちであり、人々の真の代理人ではない。
５、外国人侵略者とその無力な取り巻きたちは、緊急国民大会議（the Emergency Loya Jirga)と地域平和会議（The Regional Peace Jirga)の名の下に様々な努力を行ってきたが、それらはアフガン国家の苦痛と悲嘆にとってなんの治療ともならないことが分かった。アフガニスタンの歴史を通して、ジルガは決定を下すために開催された。そのようにして、ジルガは諸問題の解決に決定的な役割を演じた。概して、その本質においてジルガとは、諮問機関ではなく、決定を下すための組織なのである。
６、アフガニスタン・イスラーム首長国は、諮問会議.（the Consultative Jirga）とよばれるものの支持者と参加者を、アフガニスタンにおける近年の悲劇の主要な原因であると考える。イスラーム首長国は、ジルガによる非合法な決定にイスラームのジハードによって立ち向かっていくことになるだろう。そして独立したイスラーム的システムの設立を求め、外国の侵略軍が問題の真に実践的な解決法を受け入れるように強制し、そして、民衆の苦悩に満ちた悲劇に決着をつけるだろう、それらを神がお望みになるならば。これは、アッラーにとって決して困難な事業ではない。
Statement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Regarding the Convening of the So-called Consultative Jirga in Kabul.
The holding of the so-called National Consultative Jirga under the name of peace is a part of the failed efforts of the invading Americans and their surrogates in Afghanistan.
The idea for convening of the so-called National Consultative Jirga was basically raised by Richard Halbroke, US envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan at the start of the current year. But the holding of the Jirga was postponed twice due to the security and political problems that the invading Americans in Afghanistan and their stooges are facing. However, now at this juncture of time, when all invaders and their henchmen are writhing under the victorious and lethal strikes of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, they have launched drive for convening this phony jirga to provide stuff for consumption by the American and world public but at the mean time, along with peaceful slogans of the jirga, they resound their intent of launching vast offensive against Kandahar.
The holding of jirgas is an integral cultural and traditional characteristic of the Afghans. They have solved many of their problems through this prideful institution. However, this is only possible when the jirga is convened by the Afghans, on the wants of their Afghan willpower and is aimed at solving the problems of the Afghans themselves.
While paying respect to these prideful traditions of the Muslim and honor-loving Afghan people, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan believes the convening of the so-called consultative jirga in the land of the Afghans, ironically, by the demand and order of the foreigners is a contempt to the historical traditions of the Afghans. Therefore, the Islamic Emirate elucidates its stance versus the convening of the jirga as follows:
1. Afghanistan is under occupation of the foreigners in the present conditions. The participants of the jirga are those who have already been short listed by the Americans and after that, their list has been handed over to the Kabul Administration. Basically, every effort by the invading foreigners including the convening of the jirga which is now being carried out on the demand of and under the shadow of the foreign troops is, in fact, aimed at securing the interests of the foreigners. Such efforts are not expected to prove as a source of happiness and prosperity for the oppressed Afghans.
2. The colonialist war in Afghanistan initiated by America under the name of fighting terrorism has already lost its credidbity. People inside Afghanistan and outside in the whole world, constantly launch demonstrations against this illegitimate war. Karzai and his administration have no footing in the country. On the other hand, the growing and effective strikes of the Mujahideen, particularly, the Al-fatah victorious operations have sent jittery into the ranks of the American colonialism, so they want to spuriously show to their troops and people that they are making efforts to establish peace but the Taliban do not want a peaceful solution, nor the representatives of the Afghan people ( in the so-called Consultative Jirga) are ready to accept the conditions of the armed oppositions. Thus they want to show that the current war in Afghanistan is a war of necessity for America, not a war of its choice. So, the Jirga is meant to confuse the minds of the masses and throw dust into the eyes of the people. Obviously, the Jirga will provide yet another pretext for America to continue the war in Afghanistan, rather than bringing about peace in the country.
3. The foreign invading forces and their surrogates utilize this consultative Jirga only for propaganda stunt and wrongly give it the name of national consultative jirga, painting it as a representative body of the Afghans. However, all the participants of the Jirga are persons affiliated with the invaders and their powerless stooge administration in one way or the other. They are on the payroll of the invaders and work for their interests. Neither they are elders of the people, nor they represent the Afghan Mujahid people.
4. The main problem of the Afghans is the presence of foreign invaders in the free land of the Afghans. This so-called consultative jirga has no power of decision to compel foreign invading forces pull out of the country but it is convened with an aim of ensuring conditions for the continuation of presence of the invaders in Afghanistan. It has not been convened to ask the invading forces to leave the country. Therefore, the participants of the jirga are actually supporters of the foreign interference, not the true envoys of the people.
5. The foreign invaders and their powerless henchmen already did launch efforts under the name of Emergency Loya Jirga and Regional Peace Jirga but proved to be no remedy for the pains and grievances of the Afghan nation. Throughout the history of Afghanistan, jirgas have been convened for making decision. As such, they played a decisive role in resolution of problems. Generaly, Jirga, in its essence, is a decision-making institution, not a consultative body.
6. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers the supporters and participants of this so-called consultative jirga, as the main cause of the current tragedy of Afghanistan. The Islamic Emirate will confront the illegitimate and unlawful decisions of the Jirga by continuing the Islamic Jihad; will struggle for establishment of an independent Islamic system; will force the foreign invaders to accept a true and pragmatic solution of the issue and will, thus, put an end to the painful tragedy of the people., if God willing. This is not a hard task for Allah to perform.
